The details, availability and pricing of services may change from time to time.
Any service descriptions on the website are provided for general information. The exact details of your booking, programme, package or membership will be confirmed at the time of purchase, booking or enquiry.
3. Booking system
Bookings, memberships, class schedules and payments may be managed through TeamUp.
When you book through TeamUp, you may be required to create an account and agree to TeamUp’s own terms, privacy policy and payment terms.
You are responsible for ensuring your booking details, contact information and payment information are accurate and kept up to date.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through TeamUp and its payment provider, Stripe.
By purchasing a class, session, programme, trial month, membership or package, you agree to pay the price shown at the time of purchase.
Prices may vary depending on the service, membership, package or promotional offer.
Elevate with Justine reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased unless otherwise stated in the terms of that membership or package.
5. Recurring memberships
Some services may be sold as recurring memberships.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise the relevant payment provider to take repeat payments according to the membership terms shown at the time of purchase.
Membership terms may include details such as your monthly session allowance, payment amount, payment date, cancellation notice period, missed payment process and class booking rules. These details should be reviewed carefully before purchasing.
Recurring membership payments will continue until cancelled in line with the cancellation policy for that membership.
There is currently no minimum commitment period for recurring memberships.
A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel a recurring membership. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by contacting Elevate with Justine or by following the cancellation process provided through the booking platform, where available.
Memberships cannot be frozen or paused. If you no longer wish to continue with your membership, you will need to cancel in line with the cancellation notice period.
If a recurring payment fails, your access to bookings, classes or membership benefits may be paused until payment has been successfully completed.
6. Trial months and introductory offers
Elevate with Justine may offer trial months or introductory offers from time to time.
For example, a trial month may include 10 sessions for £150, subject to availability and the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Trial offers may be available to new clients only and may be limited to one per person.
Trial packages are valid for 30 days from first session registration. All sessions included within the trial package must be used within this trial period and cannot be rolled over, extended or transferred.
Trial packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Sessions must be booked in advance through TeamUp. A minimum of 6 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a trial session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package.
Due to the small-group nature of sessions, spaces are limited and reserved specifically for you once booked. Small group sessions may have a maximum of 3 women per session, allowing for individual coaching and support within a group environment.
If you have any injuries, health concerns, medical conditions, or are pregnant or postpartum, you must discuss this with Elevate with Justine before training so that sessions can be adapted appropriately where possible.
7. Class and session bookings
Classes and sessions must be booked in advance through TeamUp or another agreed booking method.
Spaces are limited and subject to availability. Once you book a class or session, that space is reserved for you.
You are responsible for attending the correct class, session, date, time and location.
Elevate with Justine reserves the right to refuse entry to a class or session if:
- the class or session is full
- you have not booked correctly
- payment has not been made
- you arrive too late to safely join the session
- you are unwell or unable to train safely
- your behaviour creates a risk to yourself, other clients or the coach
Please arrive on time and ready to train. This helps sessions run smoothly and ensures all clients receive the full benefit of their booked session.
8. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation and no-show rules vary depending on the service, class, membership or package purchased.
You must cancel or reschedule sessions within the required notice period. If you cancel late or do not attend a booked class or session, you may lose that session credit or still be charged.
For group classes and small group sessions, cancellations made at least 6 hours before the session start time will be eligible for the session credit to be returned or the booking to be rescheduled, where applicable.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the session start time are non-refundable and will result in the session being deducted from your package or membership allowance.
For 1:1 personal training, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from your package or charged as attended.
In the case of an emergency, Elevate with Justine will do its best to accommodate rescheduling where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If you do not attend a booked class or session and have not cancelled within the required notice period, this will be treated as a no-show. No-shows will be charged or deducted from your package or membership allowance.
If you are running late, please let Elevate with Justine know as soon as possible. Late arrival can usually still be accommodated, but the session will still finish at the scheduled end time. Please respect other bookings by arriving on time for your sessions.
If Elevate with Justine needs to cancel or reschedule a class or session, reasonable notice will be given where possible. You will not lose your session credit where a cancellation is made by Elevate with Justine.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be handled in line with the terms of the service purchased and your statutory rights.
Refunds are not usually available for used sessions, attended classes, expired packages, late cancellations or no-shows.
Trial packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Sessions cancelled by Elevate with Justine will either be refunded, rescheduled or credited back to your account, depending on the circumstances and the service purchased.
For group classes and small group sessions, cancellations made within 6 hours of the session start time will not be refunded.
For 1:1 personal training, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded and will be deducted from your package or charged as attended.
Refunds for memberships, programmes, trial months or packages will be considered according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
10. Online purchases and cancellation rights
Where you purchase services online, by phone, email or through another distance method, you may have certain cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
If you ask for a service to begin during any applicable cancellation period, you may still be responsible for paying for any services provided before cancellation.
Digital or online coaching services, personalised programmes and services that have already started may be subject to different cancellation rules depending on the circumstances.
Please contact Elevate with Justine as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a purchase.
11. Online coaching and programmes
Online coaching and online programmes may include training plans, nutrition guidance, check-ins, app access, messaging support, group support, video content, educational resources and other agreed materials.
You are responsible for:
- completing check-ins honestly and on time
- following your plan safely and sensibly
- asking questions if you are unsure
- informing your coach of relevant changes to your health, injuries, circumstances or ability to train
- using any app, platform or communication method appropriately
Online coaching and programmes require your active participation. Results depend on many factors, including consistency, communication, effort, lifestyle, health, sleep, nutrition and adherence to the programme.
No specific result is guaranteed.
12. Nutrition guidance
Nutrition guidance may be provided as part of certain services.
Nutrition guidance is intended for general health, fitness and lifestyle support. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical condition, eating disorder, allergies, pregnancy-related concerns, prescribed diet, medication, or any other health concern, you should seek appropriate medical guidance before making significant changes to your diet.
13. Health, safety and participation
By attending a class, session or programme, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in exercise or have obtained medical clearance where necessary.
You must inform Elevate with Justine before taking part if you:

- are pregnant, postnatal or returning to exercise after pregnancy
- have recently had surgery
- experience pain, dizziness, chest pain or unusual shortness of breath
- are taking medication that may affect exercise
- have been advised by a medical professional to avoid certain activities
You agree to train responsibly and follow coaching instructions.
If you feel unwell, unsafe or in pain during a session, you must stop and inform the coach immediately.
Elevate with Justine reserves the right to ask you not to participate, or to modify your session, if there are concerns about your safety.
14. Pre/post natal, peri-menopause and other life stages
Elevate with Justine may adapt coaching for different life stages, including pre/post natal training and peri-menopause.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your health and circumstances.
Where appropriate, you may be asked to obtain medical clearance before starting or continuing exercise.
15. Client conduct
All clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the coach, other clients and the studio space.
You must not:
- behave in a threatening, abusive or discriminatory way
- disrupt sessions or classes
- misuse equipment
- attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs

- share private group content or client information outside the group
Elevate with Justine reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings or terminate a membership where behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe or harmful.

- follow instructions on safe use of equipment
- respect the studio environment
- clean or tidy equipment where requested
- avoid attending if you are unwell or contagious
Additional studio rules may be provided in person, by email, through TeamUp or on the website.
17. Results and progress
