Yes…. so have half of the female population and that is the problem. Most women don’t need to eat less, they need to eat properly. Most women do not understand how to properly fuel their bodies. Instead of eating less, we should try to eat MORE. I don’t mean more food in general. I mean more protein, more vegetables, more nutrient dense food. 

There is no badge of honour for being hungry all the time, constantly hacking your diet, and thriving off of salad leaves. That restrictive lifestyle is why you keep having to start over again and again.
