Exactly what it says on the tin šš
These sessions focus on building glute strength and core strength using a variety of different training methods and equipment including:
- Resistance bands
- Cables
- Dumbbells/weights
- Bodyweight exercises
We train the glutes and core in lots of different ways to help improve:
- Strength
- Stability
- Posture
- Confidence
- Overall body function
These sessions are suitable for all levels and are especially great for women wanting to feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in their bodies.
Both sessions are beginner friendly, supportive, and capped at just 3-4 women so you get plenty of individual coaching and attention throughout āØ
What you need to know before the class
If itās your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.
Donāt be late. It is not allowed to enter the class in it has already started.
Bring a bottle with you, youāll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
You can get your towel in the changing room, itās free.
Enjoy your class in the atmosphere of a night club.
