STRENGTH
This is a full body resistance training session designed to help you build strength, confidence, and proper lifting technique in a supportive beginner-friendly environment.
Each session is centred around one main compound lift such as:
- Squats
- Deadlifts
- Bench press
- Hip thrusts
- Overhead press
We then build the rest of the session around that movement with:
- Activation work to prepare and “switch on” the muscles
- A circuit or series of exercises to strengthen the rest of the body
- Either a finisher, heart raiser, or core work depending on the focus of the session
These sessions are fully coached throughout, meaning you’ll receive guidance, technique correction, adaptations where needed, and support every step of the way 💛
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.
Please don’t be late.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water and having a light carbohydrate snack beforehand so that you are full of energy.
