We’ll start by discussing your goals, mapping out your journey and creating a plan of action that feels realistic and exciting.

Your sessions will be designed around your goals, experience, lifestyle and ability, with progression built in over time.

Train in a supportive, non-intimidating space where you can focus on yourself without the pressure of a commercial gym environment.

You’ll learn how to move well, lift safely and understand your training, so you feel more confident in your body and in the gym.

Coaching can be adapted for different stages of life, including pre/post natal training and peri-menopause.

You won’t just be told what to do. You’ll learn why you’re doing it, helping you build long-term confidence and independence.

You’ll receive guidance and support both during your sessions and outside of them, helping you stay focused and consistent.
