The Elevate Your Life 12-week programme is designed to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and start taking clear, consistent action.

Across 12 weeks, you’ll follow a structured training plan, receive nutrition guidance and be supported through weekly check-ins, videos and community accountability. It gives you the direction of coaching with the motivation of a group environment.

This is about building momentum, understanding your body and proving to yourself what you’re capable of.

What's Included

Progressive training plan

Choose from 3 or 4 training days per week, with a progressive programme designed for either home or gym training.

You’ll receive individualised nutrition guidance or a meal plan based around your preferences, lifestyle, dietary requirements and goals.

Each week, you’ll receive a video explaining your focus for the week, helping you stay clear, motivated and focused without becoming overwhelmed.

Your progress will be tracked throughout the programme so adjustments can be made where needed.

You’ll have access to your coach through the chat feature, whether you have a question, need guidance or just need a hype gal in your corner.

You’ll be part of a group with others on the same journey, where you can share recipes, tips, wins and support each other along the way.
