Online 1:1 coaching gives you a fully personalised approach to training, nutrition and lifestyle, without needing to be in the gym with your coach every week.

Your plan is built around you. Your goals, your experience, your equipment, your food preferences, your routine and your life outside of fitness are all taken into account, so your journey feels realistic, sustainable and empowering. 

You’ll have access to in-person workshops, plus a supportive group chat with like-minded people who are working towards their own goals too. It’s a space to ask questions, share wins and feel part of something bigger than just your own plan.

This is for you if you want expert guidance, regular support and a clear roadmap to follow, while still having flexibility around your lifestyle.

What's Included

Personalised training programme

You’ll receive an individualised, progressive training programme designed around your specific goals, available time and whether you train at home or in the gym.

Your nutrition guidance or meal plan will be built around your likes, dislikes, dietary requirements and lifestyle. The focus is on learning how to fuel your body properly, without labelling foods as good or bad.

Each week, we’ll review your progress through the app, celebrate wins, make adjustments where needed and keep you moving towards your goal.

You’ll have access to me, your coach, through the app chat. You don’t need to wait until check-in day to ask a question or get support.

Together, we’ll map out your journey ahead and take real life into account, including events, holidays, busy weeks and anything else that matters.
